According to my knowledge, you will get admission on the basis of JEE Mains score. There is no good university provide admission on the basis of class 12th. Good luck.

All three are good placement wise but cloud computing is most trending in market. There is a lot of demand but students of CSE also got good placement opportunities this year.
Cloud is having some advance subject syllabus so you can go with cloud computing.

As your percentile are low, so there is less possibility that you get a good engineering college. So, you can apply any private college or if you want a good college, then you should again prepare for JEE.
