I think Chandigarh University is the best option, but if you want to migrate, it is possible. You just need to consult regarding the same with the academic head of the institute which you desire to join.

No one can assure you that how much package you will get, after completing computer Science engineering from any colleges. The average package of RIT is INR. 3.6 LPA. But, if you work hard, then you can get that much package via off campus placement. Best of luck.

All colleges are good for B.Tech computer Science. My cousin is doing B.Tech from Manav Rachna College. IBM is their partner and my cousin is getting many benefits from the association. He is learning SAP, and participates in Train the Teacher programmes. Many IBM experts come to take lectures. And He will also get certificate from IBM with his degree from Manav Rachna College. He is also going to Bangalore for industry interaction programme at IBM. Else, you can chose as per your location and feasibility.

In India, every one can get B.Tech. If Not from government College then Private universities are always available. So, with this much you can get B.Tech. But, you should consider your Marks before going to engineering. It will be water off energy and time doing Engineering. I think you should go for other Undergraduate Courses like B.Sc, BCom, or B.A. Otherwise, it's your choice.

Hello Nikhil, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in CS from Galgotia. But prospective student must appear for their entrance exam for admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of the admission procedure. https://www.galgotiasuniversity.edu.in/eligibility.asp
You may contact them directly to enquire about management quota for admission without any sort of exam.
Best wishes.
