Dear Preeti,
Distance Education B.Tech is not recognized as per the guidelines of AICTE and UGC. You can join as a lateral entry student in second year B.Tech CSE in any University or reputed College as a regular program.

I won't give a list here. But I would suggest always aim for high. The colleges :
IITs. NITs. BITS Pilani
BIT Mesra
IIIT ( Indian institute ) avoid new IIITs
IIIT ( International institute) Hyderabad, Bangalore (Dual Degree ) are the best. These list are the best. No other colleges can beat these colleges as they are the brand names. Always aim for the central funded government colleges like the ones mentioned above. Though I have listed some private colleges but they are the best one can say.
Good luck.

As far I know, in some colleges, it is allowed that student from other branches ,other than CSE can pursue his MTech in CSE but under some conditions. You have to write your GATE paper in CSE. Directly, other branches are not admitted as MTech is a research field and without knowledge. Colleges won't admit any non-BTech CSE into CSE in MTech.

Hello Triparna Devi, It is indeed very nice of you to think of doing post graduation in management after completion of your Bachelor of engineering in India. By setting the same aim for yourself you have already completed half the task, now only half is remaining. You can of course give GMAT so that you are familiar with the type of questions. Actually seeking admission abroad is a different ball game altogether. There are many nuances involved in the whole process. In view of this I would strongly recommend you to approach an agency dealing with sending students for Management courses abroad. This is so since they will be aware of all

The majority of jobs for CSE are available in private sectors only. While Electrical engineering have equal scope in Private, PSUs and government sectors. So if you wants to do jobs in private sectors than go with Diploma+B.Tech in CSE. And wants jobs in (private+PSU+government) sectors, then go with Diploma + B.Tech in Electrical.

Diploma+B.Tech in CSE has much scope over B.Tech+MBA. Because CSE graduates are in commanding position with other disciplines. Higher salary package and higher opportunities for placement are the main attraction of this branch.
