Studying abroad cannot be compared to study in India. There are many specialised courses available abroad. Australia and Canada have good stay back options after study. However, Australia is more costly than Canada. Based on your finance, you can decide.

Both are good. According to your interest, you should choose the branch. There are so many IT companies in India. It also recruits computer engineer. So both branches are good. Basically, CS branch will be more beneficial for you. CS typically learns about hardware, software and operation system And IT learns about the use of computer and how to solve business problems, etc.
