Hello Mohamed,
PSG admits students based on the board exam scores via TNEA counseling. If you have a good cut off score (the score out of 200 in PCM), then you can get a seat.

The candidate must have passed in final examination of 10+2 or its equivalent with, Physics and any one of Chemistry/ Bio-technology/ Computer Science/ Biology. VJTI is a governmental institute, and if you belong to OBC, then you need to score at least of 90+ marks or you better prefer MAH CET for your admission. It will be a lot easier for you.

You should go with your interest, if you are interested in aircraft, then you can join that engineering, but if you are good in CSE, go in that field. But aircraft engineering is good from my point of view. Regards.

It doesn't matter on the course. It matters on your ability, how talented you are, your communication skills, your technical skills.
Both are good.
From my suggestion, go for B.Tech+M.Tech.

I really don't know who told you this thing and how you have observed it. But let me explain to you that developing a software and software market both are a different thing. Think about the software you use on a daily basis, and tell me are you able to use any hardware without any software, today even your refrigerator is smart now, how?
