Well, it is a tough question to answer. But for CSE I will suggest Vellore over DTU.
DTU admits over 300 students in CSE branch every year. Competition for the job is quite tough.

JEE Main: The Joint Entrance ExamMain applications are available online in the months of December and January. Candidates can opt for either pen-paper based exam or computer-based exam for Paper 1.
