There are graduate level, Postgraduate level, Diploma and certification courses available to pursue in this industry. Since you have already completed your UG, you should pursue a PG level degree in this field. The post-graduate degree awarded is Master of Tourism Administration (MTA), which is a two year full time programme approved by the Ministry of Tourism, government. Of India. The Indian Institution of Tourism and Travel Management and some universities offer MTA degree in Tourism. A Post graduate degree can be helpful in getting into managerial and administrative positions in the industry. International Air transport Association (IATA), a World Organisation which provides recognised standard in training to travel, tourism and cargo industry, offers certification courses. At post-graduate level, eligibility to pursue a post-graduate degree that candidate should have done their graduation in any field along with a pass in the entrance test followed by group discussions and interview conducted by the institute. Proficiency in at least one foreign language is preferred. Regards.

This is my personal opinion about both the courses and at the end, I am not going to declare any course to be better than the other.
CCNA takes you deep into the networking field by making you understand networking, communication, comm. Security as well as making you understand how big companies have huge communication infrastructure and how do they manage them. MCSA makes you understand how everything works in things connected to technology like, how does an OS work, troubleshooting it, communication between different hardware equipment, managing them, etc? Here the main difference between CCNA and MCSA is that CCNA focuses only on INTERNETWORKING and COMMUNICATION, whereas MCSA puts a little bit light on all other factors than internetworking and communication.
A person interested in communication and internetworking can get a CCNA Certification.
A person interested in general maintenance of technology, as well as a little bit of networking can get a MCSA Certification.
Still not clear, than let me be precise:-
SYSTEM ADMIN MCSA (here it has been taken for granted that the systems are Microsoft products, as LINUX Products need you to be RHEL Certified)
NETWORK ADMIN CCNA (though you will be taught about CISCO Exclusive products, the acquired knowledge can be easily used to administer other company's networking products).
