Give JEE Mains, score good marks and try to get admission in a good private college or your state govt. engineering college as they need only 60% in class 12th.
You cannot get admission in NITs as your percentage is less than 75%.

Norway, Germany, Netherlands, Australia and Canada are good low budget options but I would advise you to pursue Bachelor's in India and MS abroad.

Hi,
Admission in 2nd year B.Tech after completing B.Sc is not allowed anywhere in India. So I don't think you can do so but you can pursue MCA from DTU by cracking the entrance. It has almost same value.
