Amity University is actually bigger in terms of infrastructure and is more maintained by all means, but this does not hold Jaypee Institute from being held back.
Jaypee has a much better reputation in terms of academics, faculty and placements.
Placements at Jaypee are huge. The average package being offered to students being 7-8 Lacs, while the average package for amity being 4-5 Lacs.

NITs are always a better choice over any private college due to the reputation and best in class facilities, however, PSG College is also a very good college, but it is better to go with NIT.

You can apply and intern as many times as you want but the placement office and professors help you in finding an internship during 3rd year which is a mandatory one. Microsoft and Google have Student Partner and Student Embassador programs.
These are the companies that are on campus for CS:
Amazon, ADP, CA, Commvault, Capital IQ, Cisco, Dell, D.E. Shaw, Deloitte, GE, Honeywell, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Syntel etc. Amazon, Google and D.E. Shaw hire 1 or 2 people. While satyabhama is relatively very strict, as they don't allow you for outings often! Cross gender interaction is not entertained and lesser semester breaks puts the nail to the coffin.
At srm you are free to live the way you wish to and also you are not restricted from outings.
Coming to the academics, you need to maintain a minimum of 75% attendence in both the colleges and failure in doing so would get you detained.
Cse at srm is accredited by ieee, ibm for different branches whiles it's not so for satyabhama.

Both college are good and reputed but as you have an option to choose among these two then you may go to NIT Warangal which is really a good option for you.
