No, you can't change your college after 6-7 months of regular study.
There is no college that will allow you take admission and continue your studies from where you left them.
I hope you understand my point.

For B.Tech in CSE, GNA University is not too much good, but average for B.Tech .
The faculty of CAD CAM, Hotel management and for Animation and multimedia or liberal arts are good, but for engineering GNA University is not too much good.

Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
