I am a student of this institution and pursuing B.Tech from G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Gr.Noida and I think I am the perfect person to answer your question. As far as I am concerned and to best of my knowledge, you should go for G.L. Bajaj.
Conditions applied:
In G.L.Bajaj, you would have to really work very hard in the first year.
You would be required to maintain more than 80% attendance and you will be required to give all the sessionals properly.
In next three years
75% attendance is mandatory and proper submission of assignments and sessionals will be there.
There will be a school type environment in G.L.Bajaj but still I would suggest you to go for it because the college is really doing well as far as placement is concerned and it's also trying hard to improve the overall personality of students.

Moreover, Galgotias is a deemed university and G.L.Bajaj is affiliated to U.P.T.U (APJ.AKTU) so you would really have to work hard to score even 75% here, whereas, in Galgotias, you will easily score.
