For CSE it does not depend on which college you are in unless and until you are in some IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS and a few more. All that counts is your effort. I hope you are clear with the scenario now

Both the courses are good but CSE has good scope in future, so if you have interest in computer then you should go for it.
