Colleges offering direct admissions are very rare. But I would suggest you can try your luck by approaching some private engineering college for admission via management quota.

UPES takes majority of admission through her own exam conducted by the college fir getting admission in various course available.
Exam name is UPESEAT conducted on 13th may 2017 so you have to fill form by the official site of college and then go through exam for admission.
