Dear,
There is no set guidelines for distance mode engineering from UGC and AICTE and even companies will not consider distance learning B.tech degree for their opening.
So, for growth, knowledge and further education you must choose Regular B.Tech programme.

No chance at all. You need to score at least above 140 marks in MU-OET to get CSE at MIT.

I would suggest for Indo Global Group of Colleges as this is located in Chandigarh which is the best infrastructural place and well managed with good placement assistance.

Yes, you are eligible for 1st round of counselling, but I am not sure that you will get CSE at first round. Maybe u will be offered CSE at 3rd round of counselling.

B.Tech CSE is the most preferred degree of all IT companies. You can complete B.Tech CSE in 4 years after 10+2 stage, but you will take six years to complete MCA (10+2+3+3). B.Tech CSE grads can do both Systems and Apps Development but MCA grads are trained to do only Apps Development. Therefore, you may prefer B.Tech CSE over MCA.

Admission in this Institute is based on COMEDK UGET exam. It's very old establishment set up in 1969. It has very well known alumni. It's reported to have good placelement cell.
