Migration certificate is required if you have completed your intermediate from Telangana board but you were going to appear for AP EAMCET if you had completed your intermediate at Andhra then no need of migration certificate.

Yes, JSS Academy of technical education is one of the top private colleges under UPTU. Placement is good as it is around 3 LPA. Crowd is mixed type. Overall, it's a good place to do B.Tech.
