The cutoff trend for BTech at NIT Jamshedpur has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech under the General category for all India quota was 44974. In 2022, it increased to 47706. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 61870 to 57695 for OBC, 142481 to 134751 for SC, 7010 to 193604 for ST, 52349 to 50298 for EWS, 39104 to 2012 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

"NIT Hamirpur - National Institute of Technology will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech in Mathematics and Computing. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:The JEE Main score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the course Candidates must visit the official website of the entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released."

The year 2023 cutoff ranks for BTech (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur other than General category are - 160 for OBC, 92 for SC, 32 for ST, 54 for EWS, 30 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Advanced, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIIT Sri City - Indian Institute of Information Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 43638. In 2022, it increased to 46486. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 56374 to 60593 for OBC, 187340 to 171271 for SC, 285271 to 282909 for ST, 52969 to 56425 for EWS, 32720 to 1974 for PWD. The cutoff trend for BTech at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 106035. In 2022, it decreased to 99158. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 49814 to for OBC, 245359 to 223125 for SC, 385500 to 470640 for ST, 165567 to 111075 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow.
