It is indeed heartening to know that in spite of doing your B-Tech, you are interested in pursuing a career in environment sciences. Yes, you can definitely do this PG course and I am sure it will fetch you good dividends. As we in India progress, awareness about environment is increasing and government too is making rules to protect environment. Yes, artificial intelligence, AI, is the topic of the future. It is making inroads into all types of areas and all types of branches of Engineering. Also, it is making inroads into our daily life more and more as the time passes by. You have already done your BE in EEE, and I feel you are quite capable and eligible to pursue future in AI. You will have to appear for a PG entrance exam of the university and qualify it to enter into M.Tech Environmental Engg.
