If you are interested in higher studies or research then you may go for M.Tech. For doing M.Tech, you should have at least 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. Now a days, most Public sectors recruie the candidates on the basis of GATE, like BEL, IOCL, BSNL etc. So, you can prepare for GATE, then you can apply for these companies, and then as per number of applications received, companies conduct written test/ interview. Another option is "engineering services" for which you have to prepare your subjects like digital electronics, signals, Digital signal processing, control system, Engineering Mathematics etc. So, focus on these subjects.

Hi Sandeep,
Congratulations that you have taken good courses followed by your engineering. It's a good start and you may try to find a job in development and programming. Since you know the language and Software testing it would be a great help for companies to appoint you as QA or software tester.

Companies like Lava International, CSC, L&T limited, Mahindra Comviva and TCS are the major recruiters for Electronics and Communication Engineering here which offer packages between 3.50 -5 LPA.

The scope of big data/ analytics is generating immense data everyday that get unmanageable over time.
Passion for coding is definitely a primary requirement for a data scientist or big data analyst at any level.
Btw, coding will be a very common practice 40 years down the line.
Work experience surely matters in the Masters courses of Business Analytics to make your profile stand out, to check the real-world credibility of your skills.
It should always be there regardless of the course.
