Sure, it is possible to do that. You need to have scored a good grades in B.Tech of ECE Field and also needs to be clear with all the tics and tactics to be evolved in the field that is most ravishing and dealing with the equations. But, it differs from university to university. There are Entrance exam for some of the universities.
Rule of admission:
Any candidate who has obtained Bachelor degree in any subject and has qualified at least 3 courses each of one year duration or 6 courses each of one semester duration in Mathematics securing at least 45% marks in aggregate will be eligible to appear in the Entrance test.

Hi dear,Placements for BE in electronics and telecommunication engineering are pretty good in terms of return on investment. Big companies like Amazon, Adobe, Texas Instruments and other good investment banks like Goldman Sachs and innumerable other renowned companies hire from JU. Salaries range from INR. 3.5 LPA to INR. 26 LPA with the average being over INR. 6 LPA.

KIIT School of Technology is the engineering wing of KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. It was established in 1997. They offer Electronics engineering as per their Curriculum and not Electronics and Telecommunications. Hello Pradyumna,
It is very nice to see that you have already set a target to yourself of getting employment in NASA or ISRO. ISRO employs people or students from wide range of fields every year. You just keep on observing or keep a watch on the website of ISRO to know about announcement of the vacancies. For NASA, I suppose you will have to go to US for doing your MS and then your chances will improve for getting a job in NASA.
