The eligibility criteria for the B.Tech course at GITAM Visakhapatnam is that candidates should have passed Class 12 with first class or equivalent grade from a recognised central/ state board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 60% aggregate. No, CUET is not compulsory for admission to Bachelor of Technology at YMCA University of Science and Technology. However, Jee mains and LEET exam compulsory for admission to B.Tech/B.Tech Lateral at YMCA University of Science and Technology.
Also, CUET is only required for Central universities.

Typically, B.Tech admissions in Maharashtra are conducted through entrance exams such as MHT CET or JEE Main. These entrance exams play a significant role in determining your eligibility for engineering programs. No, you can't fill the form. As I have gone through the notification of AFCAT. It is properly mentioned about 10+2. But you can file an RTI because previously there was an option and now, they have removed that.

I would like to ask a question from you: Why are you willing to join Engineering with such low grades because you have to deal with the PCM in engineering as well in first year of engineering of any branch. If you are still willing to take admission then you may go for any private universities, or you must score well in entrance exams.

Minimum 50% in 12th class with mandatory Science to be taken and 45% for sc/st/obc/sbc.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 can apply for UG and Diploma programmes and those who have a Bachelors degree can apply for PG and PG Diploma programmes.
A Masters degree with 55% marks is required for Doctoral programmes.
Admission to UG courses and PG courses is based on merit obtained in the qualifying examination.
For B.Tech. course, the university conducts its own entrance test to fill 70% seats whereas 15% seats are filled through JEE Main score and rest 15% are filled through merit at 10+2 level respectively.
