1. Candidates must pass their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognised institution.
2. They must have majored in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in high school. The pupils must pass the entrance exam cut-off. So, yes you are eligible for B.Tech.

Pass with 60% cumulative score in 10+2 (with Maths, Physics and English or equivalent, subject to LPU NEST or CUET qualification)
Also, but LPU offers 2 ways to spawn in LPU NEST so you can try again if you fail the first one.

Selection to B.Tech is done on the basis of JEE Main score followed by Online Counseling conducted by NIFTEM.
Closing cutt off rank is around 65728.
