Hello, getting scholarships for studying abroad is a very interesting issue. There are multiple factors in play. Need of the host universities to have students on their roll so that they remain in business. Unlike in India, majority of institutions are self financing. But they get finance from various activities they do from industry. For this they need students. But to get this student needs to be intelligent, academically sound amongst many parameters. Clearing exams with good score helps a lot. Many students apply to different universities and seek scholarships. Many do offer from 100% to 25% to nil. It all depends on your caliber.

Hello Dumadiya! As you said that you completed your 12th standard in PCB, ( I. e; without mathematics) and preferring IT in Btech. The chances are less you get a admission.
But few institutes provide this opportunity by clearing their institute test which includes mathematics also. For example, LPU is providing LPU NEST entrance test, based on your marks and eligible criteria you will provided seat in respective branches.
On the other hand you are eligible for only few btech branches in some particular colleges. You are not allowed to join in NITs and IITs with PCB background because you are not allowed to give the JEE Mains and Advance

Hi. Yes, you can do B.Sc. In computer Science with PCB in 12th. Maths in 11th and 12th is commandeered, for B.Sc. In Computer Science. However, it depends on the decision of the institution and may differ from college to college. It's always better to opt for Computer Science if you have PCM in 12th.

Being LPU alumni, I would share the eligibility of the course. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. LPU makes perfect sense for lateral entry as it ensures the following programme outcomes:
1: Effectively build and communicate the solutions using learnings from basic mechanical engineering, basic sciences, mathematics, and computational skills and tools.
2: Ability to design using Design of Machine Elements theories and to create prototypes using releva

As per the eligibility, students have to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Chemistry English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. In this case, if had Biology in +2, THEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR B.Tech Biotechnology. If you are looking for the best university for B.Sc. In the biotechnology course, I would say Lovely professional University is the best university. The curriculum has been designed in such a way that it makes it easier for the students to prepare themselves for giant exams like CSIR NET ICMR, ICAR, and GATE.
