Yes you can apply for the exam.
According to CDS eligibility criteria 2020, candidates applying for the exam must be 20 to 24 years. Candidates who have passed graduation or appearing for their final year are eligible to apply for CDS exam provided they submit a relevant certificate of passing the examination at the time of commencement of course.

Inter transfer are possible in the colleges affiliated with same University. Inter transfer with in other Universities/ Colleges is almost negligible because of Colleges curriculum and their own reputation. Hence if your University is same with the college opted for transfer than write to your HOD and Dean with appropriate reasons. Your college will definitely take the appropriate decision regarding this.

Yes, you can do it. Science is one of the streams in class 11th which the students have to take up once they successfully pass out of their Class 10th. It mainly consists of the subjects : Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Biology is also an option which can be taken in the Medical Stream. Now once you pass out of your Class 12th with the Science stream, you are eligible to take up graduation in any stream except medical (If you have not studied Biology). So if you take up B.Sc. CLAT Eligibility: Academic Qualification A candidate must have secured minimum marks required in 12th standard, as per the category to which s/he belongs: For Unreserved /OBC /Specially Able Persons (SAP) and other categories -A minimum of 45% marks required. BE Aeronautical Engineering is a 4-year Under Graduate (UG) course with a specialization in the field of aviation and aerodynamics. The minimum eligibility criterion which most of the institutes ask for is a score of at least 60% to 70% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) at 10+2 or equivalent level.
