Yes of course, there is admission for B.Tech CS and IS in NIE.
Keeping previous year cut-off as a reference you can apply in KEA. Since you belong to a lateral entry, you'll be offered 150 credits for 3 years to get your B.Tech.

COEP is perhaps one of the best engineering colleges from the government site in the state of Maharashtra, accepts students for normal first year via MHT CET and also accepts students for lateral admissions after Diploma directly into the second year. You will need to visit the webpage of the Directorate of technical education of the Maharashtra government for a link through which you have to register yourself for lateral admission. I think, you'll be eligible for electronics and communication and other branches. CSE will be tough to get, but you should go for the counseling you may get a chance as there are CSE related other branches here too.

No, it is very difficult for you to get admission in LNMIIT. You may try for some other college.

Yes, you can be able to get NIT Warangal - National Institute of Technology - B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, but getting CSE is difficult for that you have to wait till the last round of the counselling.

Obviously, you are eligible for B.Tech but not in EAMCET colleges. You can join in private universities like SRM, VIT, LPU, Manipal, etc. and you have so many private colleges also.
