You have not specify about the marks obtained in 12th. However the admission in SASTRA are based on the following two streams as under.
1. Stream-1: JEE Main marks + 12th Marks ; 70% of seats will be filled through this stream, Under this stream the weightage of JEE-Main marks is 25% and for 12th marks 75%.
2. Stream-2 : Marks obtained in 12th; 30% of seats will be filled through this stream. The obtained marks will be normalized with respect to the topper of each educational board.

It depends upon your rank. According to previous year record closing rank was 31517.
Please wait for JEE to publish the AIR. Maybe at the end of this month they will publish it.

It will not be easy to get DTU at 92 percentile for CSE branch. You can also compromise on branch there as it is a better choice rather than some NITs.
Apply for some other universities also if it doesn't go good.
All the best

Hi dear,
Marks of 10+2 does not affect your ranking as it not counted.
From 2017 onwards, jee has removed, however 75% or top 20 percentile is the eligibility criteria for IIT.
So concentrate over 10+2 studies, as it will ultimately help you in your jee mains.
BEST OF LUCK DEAR
