Yes, you can get admission in Biotechnology stream with PCB course. It won't be an issue for you keeping your branch as a selection criterion.

For the admission to B.Tech, you need to register at the IGNOU website, if you are a first time applicant you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.

Following are the age requirements:
1. 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates,
2. 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and
3. 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.
And Eligibility for B.tech Lateral Entry : There are no such specific rules exclusively for Lateral Entry students. The university has the same set of rules and regulations for everyone. The only difference that a regular student and Lateral entry student from the academic perspective is the fee structure.

Yes, you can. In JNTU there is tuition fee waiver quota. If you selected in this quota then your tuition fees will be waived off.
