Yes, you are eligible and for admission, some colleges offer direct admission but some don't and also for govt. colleges, you'll have to beat the entrance exam.

Hello Vinayak, the marks which can get you admission in MIT, Pune for petroleum engineering differ from year to year and hence anything which I may state here may not be valid for the coming year. However what is important is to know admission process and the basis on which admissions are given for undergraduate studies in this Institute. Hello Bharath,
No, you can't do part-time B.Tech as it is not recognized and entertained by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).

B.Tech distance/correspondence courses are not approved and recognized by MHRD, DEC and AICTE. Hence never do this. It is better to seek B.Tech lateral admission in any reputed institution. The colleges offer B.Tech lateral admission are listed below:
1. Delhi Technological University
2. Punjab University, Chandigarh
3. Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala
4. PTU, Jalandhar.

For graduation courses, candidates who have appeared for 10+2 exam are also eligible. The qualifying marks for SEBC candidates from the state of Kerala is 55% in aggregate and minimum 50% marks in mathematics as well. An overall 50% marks in aggregate is required apply for CUSAT CAT.
