Yes, Jain University indeed offers lateral entry to diploma holders. But they need some additional qualification also. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about lateral entry in Jain University.

B.Tech (Food Tech.) programme is a 4-year degree programme after 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry and Maths / Biology.

No, you are not eligible for the course because the basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech (Food Tech.) is a 4-year degree programme after 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry and Maths / Biology.
