Hello Abhishek,
These days, admissions to engineering colleges are invariably based on some of the other CET. In case of Jadavpur, it's WBJEE. If you have appeared for this then only you are eligible to get admission.

Yes, of course, you can get admission in B.Tech college in CSE. You should try in your state first and sit in all the counselling rounds and you can also try some colleges in North India.

B.Tech is not available in DAV College and for BCA, cut off is around 70 percent.

Hello Chellingi,
Psychology is a special subject. A student needs to know many things/aspects about the subject before he / she is ready for PG. Hence even though you have done MBA you are presently not eligible. You should do graduation first and then you will be eligible.
