Hi Aditya,
Admission criteria differs from university to university. Singapore has two top notch universities - NUS and NTU. To be able to study in these universities you must have excellent academic scores and good profile. Around 75% is expected. You may also have to take the SAT or ACT depending on the university and the program. You have to check the websites, without taking a look at the website yourself you won't have a clue.

Sorry Pardeep, 49% is too low. Not only for Canada but most countries abroad. A minimum of 55% is expected.

As per AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), B.Tech courses can't be offered through distance.
Beware of any such college which offers B.E/B.Tech through distance.
Apply for a BBA program to get a management degree. So that you can now move into the admin profiles.

Class 10th marks do not matter to get admission for B.Tech. You need 75% in 12th to get into NITs/IITs/CFTIs for B.Tech. For SFTI's you need 45% marks in PCM, for state government aided it differs.
