This course covers a wide range of topics, with a focus on the fundamentals of computer programming and networking.To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech CSE programme, candidates must pass national or state-level entrance exams like JEE.The cost for a single B Tech course at BAU ranges from INR 2 Lacs to INR 10 lakhs.Candidates with a BTech in computer Science are well compensated. A BTech CSE graduate makes, on average, INR 3 Lacs a year.

The total fee of BTech ranges between INR 8.84 Lacs and INR 11.24 lakh. The fee, excludes exam fee, professional development and placement training fees. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Ranchi application fee is around INR 1000 and for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates it is INR 500. To apply for BTech at IIIT Ranchi, candidates need to Apply for JEE Main, where the application fee for male and female General candidates is INR 1000 and INR 800, respectively. Also candidates need to apply for JoSAA Counselling where an application fee of INR 625 for boys and INR 325 for girls must be paid.
