The fees mention here belongs to the category of tuition fees and maybe when you actually go for admission you may have to give more money because colleges ask for money under different headings over and above tuition fees. Also you will need to pay separately if you are to stay in hostel. Private colleges ask money in the name of development fees or some such similar wording also. Best wishes to you.
