IPU only charges a very nominal fees for the applications forms like the last year the application fees for this university is INR. 1000/- which is non-refundable.

No, Babu Banarasi Das Northern India Institute of Technology (BBDNIIT) college is not a government college, this college totally private and hence the fees of this college is too high.
