You have not mentioned about the category you belongs. However, the opening and closing ranks in year-2018 for general category for BE-CSE from DSCE were 2374 and 2665, in OBC these were 3143 and 4089, SC these were 19901 and 21670 respectively.
The course fee is about 1,37,500+30,000 per year.

Dear Jagdish,
If you want direct admission in B.Tech then I would recommend you to contact to the admission controller at college, admission controller is the key person, he can one tells you whether it is possible or not.

The government shall be competent to regulate the fees in the government and aided the school in its own manner. But in the case in private unaided school, they shall be competent to propose the fees structure and send it to the executive committee who shall approve such proposal and shall communicate to the management which shall be displayed on the notice board which shall be binding and applicable for 2 academic years.
