Hello Madhukar,
Admissions to undergraduate courses in Australia are not based on any entrance exam but are based on marks obtained in your 12th. I would however advise you to take help from a specialist agency dealing in admissions to Australian universities as they would know all the required nuances.

Hello Madhukar,
Of course, yes. It's good idea surely. The criteria are a bit different but these days many countries are soliciting students for their undergraduate programmes. I would advise you to approach a specialist agency since there are nuances in whole process and you should not falter at any step.
Best wishes.

Dear Chinmay,
You need 12th or 12th qualification with PCM with a minimum score of 60% to 65% depending on the university you are applying to and overall 6.5 with no band less than 6 in IELTS. You can google and select your college and go the site and check the application process and apply or else use the services of a good education consultant and it will be free as they do not charge for Australia.
All the best.

If your 10 + 2 grades are good enough you should try for BS or B.Eng. Going during the Bachelor degree program sometimes is more useful as it gives you better exposure at an early stage. Its totally your choice, you must keep in mind factors like requirements, budget etc.
