To pursue BS (they don't offer B.Tech) in Canada, you need to research which University you wish to go to. Check the application requirements, take SAT/ACT and TOEFL. Submit your applications. The cost would come out to be about 80 L to 1.2 Crore for the complete course but you can try for scholarships.

Scholarships are awarded to students in 2 catagories- need based and merit based. Most Canadian universities do not want separate application for scholarship. you can apply with good credentials such as a 6/7 in most subjects of IB, high SAT score and nice bag of extra curricular to aim for scholarship.

Hi Sharva,
The university of Toronto is Canada's top-ranked and also one of the best-known universities in the world. There should be no second thought if you get an offer from this university.

Hi Sahil,
You need to score atleast 85% or more to pursue b.tech from good universities like Waterloo, McGill, McMasters, Toronto, UBC etc. Apart from this, your profile should include various co curricular activities, projects, MUNs, community services etc to improve your chances. You will need letters of recommendation from your teachers/ counsellor and transcript to apply along with TOEFL/IELTS scores.
