Your brother stands a good chance for scholarships. I will also advise him to look at the universities in US as they are very generous in giving out scholarships. He must maintain his academic grades. Also, look at scholarship organizations like Aga Khan Foundations, Inlak Scholarships, KC Mahindra Trust, etc. Research and talk to your parents, don't worry. Don't let finance stop you from applying. Apply and see what the universities have to offer you.

Hi Patel,
If you meet the admission requirements and you have a very good profile, you will surely get admitted. Admissions will depend on your grades and university requirements. On an average 75% is required by most universities. You must also take the IELTS or the TOEFL. I will advice you to check college websites before applying.

I suggest to you what I have done to many others. Please do your Bachelors in India alone. You may want to study your Masters abroad. To study a Bachelors in Engineering you have to spend at least INR 20 lakh rupees on living and tuition per annum for four years. Unless you have that kind of funding ready, it is unwise to study a 4 year Bachelors degree abroad. Hope this helps. Thanks.
