There are many colleges in Delhi or Bangalore but tell me about your choice. There are interesting branches in engineering. I only then will be able to tell you the best college before discussing to qualify the entrance exam for any engineering college.

Dear Ricky,
Both places are good for B.Tech. In Delhi, the best colleges are Delhi College of Engineering, IP University, Amity University, Subhash Chandra Institute of Technology and MAIT.
In Bangalore, good colleges are AMC College of Engineering, SVCE, HKBKCE, RV College of Engineering, etc.

If you want to take admission in B.Tech or B.Arch at JMI, you have to go through JEE mains. JMI board linked it entrance with mains, so first you have to clear JEE mains. This year's cut off was 106 marks in mains, but it varies every year.
