You can get admission in Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotias University, etc., with this rank in JEE Mains. You can also predict other possible colleges here:

Galgotia University take admission on the basis of your JEE Mains rank and its own entrance test. Even some seats are allocated on the basis board score. Apart from these all you can get admission in this college via management quota directly. You need to visit the campus for counselling and admissions. Fee structure is around 1.33 Lacs per years. Placement scenario is also good. Top IT companies visit the campus for recruitment. Yes, this is best option compared to local universities. Best of luck.

Hello Akansha,
I am assuming you to be of general category. I am sorry, but with this percentage you may not get any government college. So, try for private colleges.

Hi, as far integrated course is concerned you need to check the placement records and infrastructure provision in that college. In case of JNU Delhi, it is the first batch of integrated course in 2018 whereas in University of hyderabad the placement record is good.
You can refer to the following links for college reviews by the students themselves:

Hello Levansh,
Indraprastha University located in Delhi has almost decided to disband the examinations for admission conducted by itself and it will be laying emphasis on the entrance exams conducted by Nationalised bodies like National testing agency or similar institutions. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the centralised admission test that were conducted by this university for some courses and also where it will not conduct exam but will give admission based on some other entrance exams. https://www-shiksha-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/www.shiksha.com/university/ipu-guru-gobind-singh-indrapr
