For Delhi University B.Tech Admission, you have to fill the DU 2017 application form. There are two separate common pre-admission forms viz-a-viz, General/OBC and SC/ST/PWD forms. After filling the B.Tech admission form, the candidate has to submit it at any of the designated centres of the university.

As far I know, the training and placement department at IIITD helps students a lot.
The minimum percentage that one should maintain to be eligible to sit in placements is 65%.
