Firstly, I doubt if you will have an enough choice with 60.5%. You will have options for PG Diploma programmes but admissions into a Masters course in Canada will be very difficult for you. If you wish you may look for courses and colleges in Australia. To be very specific with which course you should take will be very difficult since it's an individual choice. It entirely depends upon from which kind of institute you are pursuing your MBA from. An MBA from a government-funded college will obviously cost less (e.g. FMS, New Delhi charges only Rs 21k as tuition fees) as compared to a private college (e.g. IIM-Ahmedabad charges around Rs 22 lacs). Thus, the total cost for pursuing MBA is anywhere between a few thousand Rupees to an exorbitant amount of Rs 20 lacs and even above.

The fees of NIT's is about Rs.1.25 Lacs per annum. But now they have been given freedom to enhance it on a regular basis. But you should not worry. With world-class facilities, it's worth it added with good placements. Also, banks are willing to give education loan.

Best engineering college in India charging about Rs. 1 L for four year course? Perhaps was possible few years back. But today fees of even government colleges is about Rs. 50K or more per annum. I am afraid, in this budget, nobody can find best Engineering college in India.
