National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) are the two of the best universities to pursue Engineering in Singapore. Other great universities to pursue an Engineering degree in Singapore are Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Tand emasek Polytechnic. Overall, Singapore has a strong reputation for Engineering education. The first year tuition fee to pursue a BTech degree in Singapore will be between INR 11 L - INR 25 L. Whereas, that of NTU is INR 11 L - INR 27 L.

Hi Aditya,
Admission criteria differs from university to university. Singapore has two top notch universities - NUS and NTU. To be able to study in these universities you must have excellent academic scores and good profile. Around 75% is expected. You may also have to take the SAT or ACT depending on the university and the program. You have to check the websites, without taking a look at the website yourself you won't have a clue.

NTU just needs 10th or 12th certificates, a statement of purpose essay, recommendations and SAT scores are optional. NUS exempts Indian students from appearing for SAT if they are from the CBSE or ISE boards. Entry requirements basically vary from program to program and are different for each university depending on what background the students are applying from, such as the academic boards they study under.
