Hi Abhishek,
You must take the SAT or the ACT and the TOEFL to pursue undergraduate studies in USA. You have to check the universities' websites for the average score requirements. The application process is online, you must also submit SOP, LORs etc. Take a look at any university website and it will be clear to you.

For that, you should contact the head office and ask about your related concern. There are many universities in America, which have tie ups with LPU, so it will not be a tough task for you to get admission in your desired college. Further, if your request from the head office will be sent to the international cell and then further formal proceedings will be there. Though, you are first advice to contact the head office or the international cell.

Hello,
Research on university websites for the admission requirements, budget etc before shortlisting them. It is very difficult to name specific colleges without any idea of your profile in details. Check this link here, go through the requirements

Both have their pros and cons. Pros for B.S. Abroad: Better exposure, better resources, many opportunities for research and internships, Global experience. Cons: Higher fees, living away from home. Pros for B.Tech in India at IITs: Very competitive, less fees but adequate resources. Cons: Limited opportunities for research and limited global exposure.
