You can get admission to BTech Marine Engineering without giving the entrance exam at colleges that provide admission considering the Class 12 board exam marks of the students. There are a lot of popular Marine Engg. colleges in India that release cutoffs for merit-based admissions. This will differ from one person to another. For example, if you have put in a lot of effort and studied all the topics given in the syllabus, you might find the exam very easy like a cakewalk. Meanwhile, for a friend of yours, it can turn out to be very difficult to crack, which can be a result of their lack of preparation or performance anxiety.
