Hello Dhrubba,
You desire to study aerospace engineering after completion of your B Tech in mechanical engineering? Why if I may ask? You would be much better off by pursuing either M.Tech in some specialization or MBA. But let me assure you that experts in mechanical engineering are indeed required in aerospace engineering.

LNMIIT is much better option as compared to UPES and there is a good placement record with LNMIIT as compared to UPES CSE placement records. Pursuing petroleum engineering in UPES would be great than pursuing CSE at UPES.

Of course Germany, because Engineering is one of the hit courses in Germany. High quality of education with low education costs are one of the biggest lures for students to go to Germany.
