I will say, it completely depends on university requirements, you might get admission with 60% marks, but it is not guarantee that you will get admission in top universities, some individuals got admission even with 55% marks. It is a university requirement. I would suggest you to kindly check with university for which you are applying. Thank you.

Go for Concordia university it a public university.

I would suggest, look beyond them for better placements like in Lovely Professional University, Amity University, Sharda University.

Yes you can, but remember one thing. Concentrate only for NID or NIFT.
