As per 2015 batch the fee structure is something like this:
RVCE fee is Rs 1,50,000/- + Rs 23,000/- excluding hostel fees.

Pursuing Aerospace Engineering as a specialization in Post Graduation (M.Tech) is indeed a better choice. Aerospace Engineering is a niche branch in India with limited job opportunities at present. However, since you already have completed Bachelors in Mechanical degree, you can apply for jobs in mechanical sector, whilst you can also keep looking for jobs in your desired role in Aerospace Engineering. This way, your career won't halt. While, your job in mechanical domain will keep earning you experience, you can choose your path in the Aerospace domain whenever you get a good opportunity.

2. Start Learning Matlab Programming & Abacus software.
3. AUTOCAD is must & you have to learn this.
4. CREO is the best software for Part-Modeling (3D).
5. ANSYS -yes this software is famous among mechanical engineers.
I don't know much about pipeline designing.Try to find a client & innvolve yourself in some projects after learning this software. Simply learning this software & finding a good salary package job without experience is hard.
