As per my analysis, due to recent advancement in the field of Bio-Technology, the Molecular Biology and genetic engineering domain promises to create a research oriented and placement oriented environment. I may not be able to clarify the offerings of other Universities, but being gratified alumni of Lovely Professional University, I managed to fetch some of the unique highlights of School of Bio-Technology & Bio-Sciences, LPU. It would be worthwhile to share with you to get the clear picture regarding the offerings of LPU in this domain. In LPU the Bio-Tech. Department is regularly works on student research projects with novel ideas of applied value. The highlights include:

School of Mechanical Engineering organized an International Conference on Recent Advances in Mechanical Engineering (ICRAME), in which experts from leading brands like Maruti Suzuki, Biomimicry India were present. University give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. Mechanical Engineering students at LPU are provided with enormous opportunities of placement drives. I can SEE my few friends getting placed in reputed companies like Hyundai, Reliance Energy, Godrej, Sandhar Technology, XL Dynamics and many more. Even IT industries recruit Mechanical students here. Companies like Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. Are prominent recruiters here. LPU alumni are working in top MNCs across the globe like Voltas International, Honda Two Wheelers, Asahi India Glass Ltd. , Indo Farm Tractors Ltd. etc. LPU Students have been offered International locations like Dubai and Oman by Voltas. LPU is basically an industry oriented university not like the other universities focusing on just making students grasp the syllabus. Many people have their views that LPU students study less but to complete the statement, I would say that the students study less but work hard. The most prominent and wide tech fest for mech students GO Kart takes place in LPU for consecutive years and LPU is bagging the top position in the race. Also, the cars are designed, build and the coordination of the event is done by the mech students only. Placements: There are more than 100 companies that are coming in LPU for placements of mech. Students. It varies from 3 Lacs per annum to 12 Lacs per annum. On an average, the placements are 5 Lacs in a very core company which gradually sees a couple of rapid promotions based on your hardwork. So find everything here at LPU and explore as much as you can.

Dear Aspirant, I do not know about the placements of B.Tech in CSE from Techno India University. But being alumni of LPU, I can share the placement records of the CSE programme at LPU with you.
