Well it depends on you that you want to go for it or not, as according to the stats the salary rate is good so you need another person's advice then you should go there for sure.

Placements are not too good but it is okay.

Lots of companies visited last year for CS. And, the average package offered by them are INR. 3- 4 LPA. Maximum Package is INR. 10 lpa.

the placement is good in this college.the highest placement are from school engineering .TCS and Accenture are the first two companies which visit the campus.

You could attempt for Biotechnology branch at BIT Mesra. You could also consider others at BIT Jaipur/Patna/Deoghar.

Hi, B.Tech (self-financed) is not offered by Anna University. BE in information technology (self-financed) is offered by Andhra University. 

Placement of CSE in Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is very good. The highest package till now is 39 LPA and average package is near to 7 LPA.
