No, not at all. All companies will look into tour B.Tech percentage or CGPA. They will look your semester wise performance, grade etc. But no company have so much of time to look into your marks or percentage. They will start interacting with you. They will ask many questions and about yourself, knowledge, talent, skill, communication skill etc. So don't worry about the marks. But don't make it down very low also. Just maintain your marks. And clear all subject at first attempt only.

Placements in Electrical Department is good.Companies such as Seimens, Zia Semiconductors, TCS, etc visit the Campus for electrical Students Placements.Placements ranges around 3.5-4.5 Lac/annum.
You have to clear the AMUEEE (AMU entrance for Engineering) to get admission in Engineering Faculty.Cutoff ranges around 45 above for internal and 60 above for external.

No, they will not ask you for your 10 or 10+2 marks. They will check your semester marks though they will not give much value to them too. As they will focus on your personality, problem solving way, they will you cases in interview and will check your level of intelligence. Also, hey will focus on your English as in today's world, it is mandatory. So, don't worry, focus on your studies well.

Candidates need to pay (a) Rs 1000/- in case of online application, (b) Rs 11000/- in case of application and registration. Candidates applying offline application form has to pay the same amount through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of ITM University, payable at Gwalior along with the photocopy of documents as mentioned in application form through registered or speed post to reach ITM University Campus. For civil engineering, there is no placement in 90% colleges only 3/4 students are placed only.
